Biography

In 2015, I obtained a bachelor’s degree in Communication Engineering from Xidian University, China, under the “Excellent Engineer Education Program.” In 2020, I earned a doctoral degree in Electronic Engineer‑ ing from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, supported by the “Hong Kong PhD Fellowship Scheme (HKPFS),” under the supervision of Professor Wing‑Kin Ma (IEEE Fellow, IEEE TSP Editor‑in‑Chief). I Worked as a postdoctoral researcher in the Department of Electronic Engineering at The Chinese University of Hong Kong from 2020 to 2023. I Visited the Academy of Mathematics and Systems Science, Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2022. I joined the School of Information Science and Engineering at Shandong University in 2023 as a Research Professor, appointed as “Qilu Young Scholar.” In recent years, I have published over 30 SCI/EI papers, including more than 20 as the first author or corresponding author, in top journals and conferences such as IEEE Transactions on Signal Processing, IEEE Journal of Selected Topics in Signal Processing, and IEEE ICASSP. Multiple papers have been selected multiple times in the “Top 50 Popular Articles” list of IEEE journals.I am a member of IEEE. I serve as a reviewer for multiple international journals, including IEEE Transactions on Signal Processing, IEEE Transactions on Wireless Communications, IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Tech‑ nology, IEEE Transactions on Communications, and IEEE Journal of Selected Topics in Signal Processing.
